Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the best possible care to all our patients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations or late re-scheduling:

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice (before the scheduled appointment date) will be considered a ‘late cancellation’. In such cases, a fee of £50 will be charged to your account. There are no exceptions.

 

No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any notice will be considered a “no-show.” In the event of a no-show, a fee of £100 will be charged to your account. Again, no exceptions.

By scheduling an appointment at MCH clinic ,you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the cancellation policy. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide exceptional services to all our patients in a timely and efficient manner.

Refund Policy

Products are non-refundable unless faulty. All faulty products need to be returned to the clinic so we can send a report to pHformula head office. For skin reactions/allergies – Please email: MCHclinic.norfolk@gmail.com with full details and we will complete an adverse reaction form on your behalf, but please note again we cannot refund for skin reactions as these are beyond our control.
